Are biased letters of recommendation having long term impacts on the success of our learners? How can we overcome these disparities to ensure a diverse and vibrant learning community? Join us as our master clinician and educator, Dr. Melissa McNeil, and PGY3 Med-Peds resident, Dr. Dedeepya Konuthula, examine educational disparities and offer strategies for overcoming them.
