This is another installment in our Leaders in Medicine Series, featuring Eva Aagaard, MD, FACP. Dr. Aagaard is the Vice Chancellor for Medical Education, the Senior Associate Dean for Education, Professor of Medicine and the Carol B. and Jerome T. Loeb Professor in Medical Education at the Washington University School of Medicine. Her scholarly work within medical education focuses on assessment, curricular design, mentorship and competency-based education; she recently worked on the curriculum renewal at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis which was instituted in 2020.
